Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, with a delivery time of 3-5 days. You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Unless otherwise requested, your shipping charges will include insurance. If you decline insurance, The Bubble Bistro will not be liable for any loss or damage once your order is received by USPS.
Please make sure your shipping information is correct. If a package is returned for any reason other than our error, the customer will be responsible for the additional charges.

Orders are shipped daily on business days, Mon-Thurs, except during the summer months of June-August, there will be no shipping except on Monday thru Wednesday to keep your fresh goodies from sitting in a hot storage facility all weekend.

We sincerely apologize if any goodie in your order is out of stock. You will be immediately contacted to discuss how you would like your order processed. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. We offer samples in order for you to try our products before you buy the full size product. Under no circumstances, will we refund shipping costs. We do not provide refunds on opened, full size products. We will provide an exchange or store credit on products that spoil prematurely or otherwise defective. Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order. Please promptly contact us with any issues so we can make them right as quickly as possible.
