Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, with a delivery time of 3-5 days from the time the order has COMPLETED processing. Order processing may include fresh production time depending upon the items ordered and stock levels at time of placement. 

During online promotions, sales or holiday promos, we reserve the right to ship via any method of our choosing. Also you may expect increased processing time during any of these special order time periods. Processing times average 2-3 weeks as everything is prepared fresh.

You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Unless otherwise requested, your shipping charges will include insurance. If you decline insurance, The Bubble Bistro will not be liable for any loss or damage once your order is received by USPS.
Please make sure your shipping information is correct. If a package is returned for any reason other than our error, the customer will be responsible for the additional charges.

Orders are shipped daily on business days, Mon-Thurs. During the summer months, there will be no shipping except on Monday thru Wednesday to keep your fresh goodies from sitting in a hot storage facility all weekend.

Social Shopping Deals

We occasionally  feature a Deal of the Day/Week via our social sites on Facebook and Instagram. This offer includes free shipping. They will be shipped via regular parcel post during the months of October - April with an average arrival time of 7-14 days.

Oops Orders

We sincerely apologize if any goodie in your order is out of stock. You will be contacted to discuss how you would like your order processed. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. We offer samples in order for you to try our products before you buy the full size product. Under no circumstances, will we refund shipping costs. We do not provide refunds on opened, full size products. We will provide an exchange or store credit on products that spoil prematurely or otherwise defective. Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order. Please promptly contact us with any issues so we can make them right as quickly as possible.
